PM pipes with “Low Smoke Flame resistant Zero Halogen” logo are compliant with the international standards IEC 61034-2, IEC 60754-1 and IEC 60754-2.
“Low Smoke”= minimum opaque smoke emission, so that escape routes remain visible, permitting fast rescues.
“Flame Resistant”= prevents flame propagating.
“Zero Halogen”= minimum halogen content. The quantity of halogenidric acids inside smokes is below 0,5%. Thanks to the introduction of the innovative FLEXHiSpeedTM Ultra and FLEXLubTM Ultra, PM has completed its offer with the “Halogen Free” pipes, the ultimate frontier of safety, compliant with the DIN VDE V 0604 – 2 – 100 norm. In case of fire, smokes are almost exempt from halogen: the content of each halogen, in fact, is below 0,1%.
LSF0H pipes are recommended for buildings intended to host a large number of people
LSF0H pipes are manufactured with special eco-compatible plastic polymers that grant higher resistance than PVC pipes and permit their safe and long-lasting use in any type of system. Compared to PVC pipes, PM LSF0H pipes are:
